1. Introduction
This document is prepared in accordance with and for the implementation of the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (“Regulation”).
This document is addressed to you as a user of the Consumer Voice Platform (available in both mobile and web versions) and aims to inform you, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation, about the processing of your personal data by Consumer Voice.
In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation, we provide the following information:

The WAVE ADVERTISING GROUP SRL, with registered office in ILFOV, Pantelimon, Str. Sovata no. 14, Room 2, registered with the Trade Register under no. J23/760/2021, represented by Ms. Brindusa Kamara, holding the position of Administrator, hereinafter referred to as the PROVIDER.
The PROVIDER owns and operates the Consumer Voice Platform, providing its services to users. Consequently, WAVE ADVERTISING GROUP SRL processes certain personal data belonging to you.
Under the Regulation, WAVE ADVERTISING GROUP SRL acts as the Data Controller, determining the purposes and means of processing your personal data.
3. Personal Data We Process
We may process the following personal data related to you:
- Name and surname, email, phone number.
- Activity details, such as: participation in campaigns, surveys, or product testing activities, including submitted responses, and other user-generated content (UGC).
- Order details in relation to points, rewards, and redemption activities through the platform.
4. Purposes for Processing Personal Data
We process your data for the following purposes:
- To provide the services of the Consumer Voice Platform, enabling you to participate in campaigns, surveys, and other activities.
- To send marketing communications about Consumer Voice products and services or recommendations, based on your consent.
- To match you with relevant surveys, campaigns, or UGC creation opportunities based on your preferences and profile.
We do not process your personal data for other purposes unless we notify you and/or obtain your consent as required by law.
5. Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data
We process personal data as follows:
- Under Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation: for the execution of a contract, to provide the platform’s services in accordance with its Terms and Conditions.
- Under Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation: based on our legitimate interest to improve your user experience and manage the platform effectively.
- Under Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation: for marketing purposes, based on your consent.
6. Data Retention Period
Your data will be stored as follows:
- If you have a user account, your data will be retained until the account is deleted.
- Marketing data will be retained for up to five years or until you withdraw your consent.
7. Recipients of Personal Data
Your data will only be shared under specific circumstances, such as with campaign organizers or research partners, or as required by legal obligations.
8. Data Storage Location
Your data is stored within the European Union.
9. Security Measures
We have implemented all necessary security measures to protect your data and will inform you promptly in case of a data breach.
10. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making processes, including profiling.
11. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, or object to processing of your data. You can also request data portability.
