Point Accumulation Guidelines

Start Earning Points:
Points begin accumulating after completing your first survey study or campaign. -
Survey and Campaign Rewards:
Each survey study or campaign offers a set number of points based on its size and complexity. -
Non-Transferable Points:
Points cannot be transferred to others. -
Published Points:
The number of points available for each survey study or campaign is disclosed in advance. -
Survey Studies and Campaign Completion:
To earn points, you must fully complete the survey study or campaign task. Incomplete survey studies or campaigns do not earn points. -
Special Cases:
If you are screened out of a survey study or it closes due to quotas being met, you will receive a predetermined number of points.
Converting Points into Rewards

01 Points Value:
- Points are valued at 1 RON for every 10 points. For example, 500 points = 50 RON.
- You can redeem points once you have accumulated at least 500 points, with redemptions made in multiples of 100 points.

02 Redeeming Rewards:
- Redeem points by placing an order through the Consumer Voice platform in your account dashboard.
- Alternatively, visit our rewards partners’ websites, select a prize, and email us at reward@consumervoice.eu.

03 Verification Process:
- For security, you must provide a copy of your ID for verification when redeeming points.

04 Regulation Updates:
- Any updates to the point system will not affect the value of points you’ve already earned.

Reward Availability:
Availability depends on stock, and specific items or services cannot be guaranteed. -
Points Usage:
Points cannot be exchanged for items not listed in the rewards catalog or from our partner’s platforms.
Engagement Rating System
Your Engagement Rating reflects your activity level and contribution quality. A higher rating increases your chances of receiving survey or campaign invitations and rewards.

01 Improving Your Rating:
- Start with 5 rating points upon completing your profile.
- Earn +1 for each completed survey and +0.25 for screened-out or over-quota surveys.

02 Lowering Your Rating:
- Lose -1 point for unopened survey invitations.
- Incomplete surveys result in a -0.5 deduction.
- Poor-quality responses or fraudulent activities can deduct up to -5 points.

03 Account Restrictions:
- If your rating reaches 0, your account will be blocked, and accumulated points forfeited.
